HealthBridge's greed is putting residents at risk.
They have locked out more than 100 caregivers in Milford, CT and disrupted the continuity of care for the residents we care for. Now they are threatening to lock out hundreds of more employees at nursing homes in Danbury, Stamford, Westport, Wethersfield, and Newington.

We will deliver the following message to the Commissioners of the Department of Public Health and the Department of Social Services:
"I urge you to investigate the patient care crisis happening at the HealthBridge facility in Milford - and the looming crisis at five other facilities. HealthBridge's greed is putting nursing home residents at risk, as they have locked out the staff who have dedicated their lives to caring for their residents, replacing them with temporary workers who aren't familiar with the facility or the residents' needs. Patient care is suffering as a result - and it is only a matter of time until a tragedy occurs. HealthBridge should be ordered to end the lockout and bring all of its permanent staff back to work immediately."
